Export Activity

Use activity exports when you need offline analysis, backfills, or reconciliation with internal systems.

Before exporting:

  • Define the time range.
  • Limit fields to what the downstream system needs.
  • Protect files that contain recipient data.
  • Delete exports when they are no longer needed.

Confirm export retention and available fields before publishing final instructions.
