Spam Filters

Spam filtering is the result of multiple signals, not one setting. Inspect authentication, reputation, list quality, content, and engagement together.

Checklist

  • SPF and DKIM pass.
  • DMARC aligns with the visible sender.
  • Bounce and complaint rates are low.
  • Recipients opted in.
  • Message content matches the recipient's expectation.
  • Links and images resolve correctly.
  • Volume changes are gradual.

Use controlled tests and mailbox-provider metrics instead of relying on one seed inbox.
