Spam Filters
Spam filtering is the result of multiple signals, not one setting. Inspect authentication, reputation, list quality, content, and engagement together.
Checklist
- SPF and DKIM pass.
- DMARC aligns with the visible sender.
- Bounce and complaint rates are low.
- Recipients opted in.
- Message content matches the recipient's expectation.
- Links and images resolve correctly.
- Volume changes are gradual.
Use controlled tests and mailbox-provider metrics instead of relying on one seed inbox.
