Compose and Send an Email Marketing Campaign

Use this guide to send one Email Marketing campaign from draft to launch.

1. Define the audience

Choose labels or segments before writing the campaign. The audience determines the promise, tone, and call to action.

2. Compose the campaign

Create a campaign in the dashboard or through the API. Set:

  • subject
  • sender name
  • verified sender email
  • body content
  • recipients
  • tracking settings

3. Personalize and preview

Add personalization only when the source data is reliable. Preview with real contacts from the target audience and confirm fallback values render correctly.

4. Send now or schedule

Use Send Now for immediate delivery. Use scheduling when the send time matters or when stakeholders need time for final review.
