Reports show what happened after a campaign launched. Use them to compare campaign quality, diagnose deliverability issues, and decide what to send next.

Core metrics

SentMessages accepted for delivery.
DeliveredMessages accepted by recipient mail servers.
OpensTracked open events. Treat as directional because some clients block or proxy images.
ClicksLink click events. Stronger intent signal than opens.
BouncesMessages rejected by recipient infrastructure.
UnsubscribesRecipients who opted out after the campaign.
ComplaintsRecipients who marked the email as spam.

Report views

Use basic reports for campaign health, link reports for content performance, open-time reports for timing analysis, and exports when analysis needs to happen outside the dashboard.
