Reports show what happened after a campaign launched. Use them to compare campaign quality, diagnose deliverability issues, and decide what to send next.
Core metrics

| Sent | Messages accepted for delivery. |
| Delivered | Messages accepted by recipient mail servers. |
| Opens | Tracked open events. Treat as directional because some clients block or proxy images. |
| Clicks | Link click events. Stronger intent signal than opens. |
| Bounces | Messages rejected by recipient infrastructure. |
| Unsubscribes | Recipients who opted out after the campaign. |
| Complaints | Recipients who marked the email as spam. |
Report views
Use basic reports for campaign health, link reports for content performance, open-time reports for timing analysis, and exports when analysis needs to happen outside the dashboard.
