Trigger Automation From a Segment

Use a segment trigger when the flow depends on contact behavior or profile data.

Steps​

1. Build the segment in Mailtarget CDP.
2. Confirm the segment is narrow enough for the message.
3. Create an automation flow with segment entry as the trigger.
4. Add wait, condition, and send steps.
5. Test with contacts that enter and leave the segment.
